No se puede llamar Los terneritos
la carnicería del barrio
no puede
mejor le iría La lonja
o El rey de la molleja
o alguna que otra sigla que combine
las iniciales de los nombres de los dueños
pero Los terneritos no
los diminutivos remiten a la infancia
a cierta inmadurez que arrastro y me recuerda
que el corazón de la matriz es crudo y blando
por eso sangra
que no chorree desde el plato
que no mojemos el pancito
no se puede llamar Los terneritos
la carnicería del barrio
