Edwin Fairbrother
Edwin Fairbrother is a writer and poet from London, UK - with a BA in Media Studies and an MA in Music Business. He loves listening to and writing about music in his spare time - with articles published in Alt Press and Rave Report to name a few - as well as writing poetry and now fiction also. Edwin turned to poetry initially to express his frustration with the current geopolitical landscape and certain aspects of our increasingly digitised and divided societies, as well as occasionally the sparks that give our world its magic. Poets whose work he enjoys and is influenced by are Brian Bilston, Aja Monet and Hussain Manawer, as well as wider literary and creative influences such as George Orwell, Aldous Huxley and Charlie Brooker. Edwin's poetry has been published in WayWords Literary Journal, The Page Gallery Journal, The Quasar Review, Scribbled, The Raven Review, The Poetry Lighthouse, and Enfield Poets Second Anthology. His debut collection Warheads is due for release this November 2026 with Prolific Pulse Press.
