Maureen O'Leary

I'm Maureen O'Leary and I live in California. I'm obsessed with how geography and the natural world intersect with all aspects of the human experience. I'm obsessed with hauntings, monsters, crime, and California landscapes. My poetry can be found in such cool places as Nightmare Magazine, Sierra Nevada Review, Sycamore Review, Trampoline, and The Poetry Lighthouse, as well as in physics of weight: collected poems, a chapbook from Bottlecap Press. My fiction and nonfiction have been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and my novel The Ones Who Loved You is upcoming from Counterpoint Press. I am a graduate of Ashland MFA.
