Ellen Gerneaux Woods

Ellen Gerneaux Woods lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and has written two books The  Watchful Heart Recedes (Finishing Line Press 2021) and Warriors in Transition:A Memoir  (2014 Word Project Press), Her poetry and prose appear widely in journals and anthologies. She  is eighty years old and lives in a condo with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge with her partner, a  college sweetheart with whom she reunited after fifty years. She loves swimming and makes  frequent visits to The Plunge, a historic swimming pool graced with a huge mural by John Wehrle.
