A Pebble’s World

Together, pebbles may move any mountain

while they flew

with feathered ice

sculpted

by every wind that passed

flock

 huddled with flock

flipper 

shuffled with flipper

snowflake

in tune with snowflake

half life

with half life

whatever

their randomness

how many

pebbles

to reforge a rock

they only needed one more river

to offer its atoms
